After School Teens Program
This program for teens who want to build confidence, self-esteem, increase strength and become fit.
This co-ed program meets twice a week and emphasizes weight training, stretching, development body coordination, balance, athletic development, posture, and self-discipline. The goal is to build a confident student. I believe that a student who is both mentally and physically strong, will achieve better grades, handle themselves in difficult situations, and achieve success both inside and outside the classroom.
